Treat colleagues, service users, and the public with fairness and respect.

Report any instances of discrimination, harassment, or unfair treatment.

Support BCA’s commitment to equality and diversity.


Service Users and Visitors

Treat others with respect and refrain from discriminatory behaviour.

Report concerns or complaints regarding discrimination or unfair treatment.


5. Implementation

BCA will:

Ensure policies and procedures reflect best practices in equality and diversity.

Regularly review practices to ensure they remain inclusive and accessible.

Make reasonable adjustments to accommodate the needs of individuals.


6. Reporting and Complaints

Anyone who experiences or witnesses discrimination, harassment, or unfair treatment is encouraged to report it. Reports can be made to:

7. Monitoring and Review
